1. Shipping Areas

Auto Parts Hub provides nationwide shipping across South Africa. We deliver to all major cities including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Gqeberha, as well as outlying and regional areas in all nine provinces.

2. Delivery Times

Major Centers: 2-4 business days.
Regional Areas: 4-7 business days.
Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days depending on courier routes.

3. Shipping Fees & Couriers

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We partner with reliable South African couriers including The Courier Guy and RAM Express to ensure your parts arrive safely.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our Eastern Cape warehouse, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to the courier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.

5. Delays & Lost Parcels

While we strive for technical precision in our logistics, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact our support team at info@autoparts-hub.co.za immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation with the courier and ensure you are kept informed.
